QSL provides a cost effective testing and screening service for items returned under various forms of warranty.
Our experienced team will identify and separate the No Fault Found (NFF) and Beyond Economical Repair (BER) items, before packing and shipping equipment to their overseas manufacturers, significantly reducing the freight and warranty costs of our partners.
We liaise with our customer's customers and manage the entire process, with regular updates and customised reports for complete transparency. Customers can log jobs, request RA and follow up by contacting our customer support team either via the QSL web portal or email and telephone.
