QSL Group was established in 2004 as Quantum Service and Logistics, based in Sydney, Australia. The Company has since experienced significant growth through expansion in service offerings, superior performances and establishment of a regional footprint within Asia Pacific countries.

Our range of pre-sales and reverse supply chain services are customized to suit the evolving business needs of our partners, adopting the specific requirements of the markets we support. We offer a single point of contact across the region.

Existing Customers can create a repair by clicking the link below. Portal will ask few details about your device like make, model, IMEI and fault description. Before you send your device for service, you'll need to take a few steps to protect your data, such as making a backup and remove any account associated with your device.

Existing customers can also check the status of their repair by clicking the link below. Portal will ask you for the job number which was provided while creating repair request. We suggest to you keep the service document ready.

 

New Customers

First time B2B customers may need to register themselves by clicking on the link below. The applications will be reviewed by QSL and eligible customers will shortly receive a communication to their registered email address.

Limited Warranty Coverage

The Limited Warranty covers your device against manufacturing defects for a specific period from the date you bought your product. The Warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.

The Limited Warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. See the warranty information provided by your device’s manufacturer for complete details. If our warranty or consumer law don't cover your repair, you'll pay out-of-warranty fees.

Consumer law

Your country or region might have consumer-protection laws for some repair issues.

Our guarantee after service

We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for 90 days or the remaining term of your warranty or any additional plan coverage, whichever is longer. We offer this whenever you get service from us. This is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
