Reverse Logistics

QSL provides a reverse logistics management service to customers, for the return of equipment which are either:

• Faulty under warranty and requires repair and replacement

• De-commissioned equipment at the expiry of a lease term

• Faulty or obsolete equipment for decommissioning and recycling or secure disposal

• Items under warranty, to be returned to overseas manufacturers (OEM’s)
