QSL provides a one stop RMA management service to its customers. The service includes:
Issuing RA by following the guidelines from manufacturer, which includes DOA/ ELF assessment, fault verification and warranty coverage confirmation
Assessment of returned product in accordance with the conditions of warranty
Authorization of replacement or credit
Processing credits and payments
We liaise with our customer's customers and manage the entire process, with regular updates and customised reports for complete transparency. Customers can log jobs, request RA and follow up by contacting our customer support team either via the QSL web portal or email and telephone.
